Sri Lanka and Rwanda are set to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) exempting holders of diplomatic and service passports from visa requirements for visits up to 30 days.
The approval to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was granted in 2019, but the signing has been delayed.
This move aims to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
